Where I pick up the taxi?

Your driver will be waiting at Malaga airport with a sign with your name. If the flight is delayed there is no problem, the driver will wait until arrival.

How do I know that the reservation is confirmed?

Once the booking data have been received, we will send you an email with all the booking details and confirmation.

What happend if I haven’t received the confirmation email?

You should receive your confirmation email a few minutes after sending the booking data.  If after that time you have not received the email first check the spam email. If the email has not arrived as spam contact us through our telephone support.

Can I change my reservation if my destiny changes or we are more people?

You can change the destination or the number of people contacting us in advance. You can do this using the contact form or through our phone number.

What do I do if the data of my flight change?

If your data flight change should contact us as soon as possible to change your booking details.

 

 

 

 

What if my flight is delayed?

Nothing happens. When making the booking will have to give us the flight number so your driver can check the status of the flight and know the exact arrival time.

How I can make a reservation in MalagaTaxis?

Make a booking in MalagaTaxis is very easy and fast. Choose a destination, date, number of passengers, indicating the number of your flight and the vehicle you want. Our website will automatically calculate the final price only need to confirm and go!

Will I have to share the car with other travelers?

No, in MalagaTaxis we offer private transfers service.

When do I have to pay?

You will have to pay the driver when you reach your destination. Without pay anything in advance.

How can I do the payment?

Payment is made in cash or by credit card to your driver in Euros.

Is the price per person?

The price automatically provides our website when booking is the full price, not per person.

Do your cars have safety seats for children and babies?

When booking you must indicate that you need child safety seats or baby seats specifying the amount you need. No additional fees!

 

I need a vehicle adapted to wheelchair. In Malaga Taxis you rely on this service?

We have vehicles adapted for the wheelchair. When booking you must select this option to have the service.

What is the schedule of your services?

We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
